We are fully compliant with DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade)’s Foreign Trade Policy following fair practices in all our dealings. We actively work with Engineering Export Promotion Council of India and participate in their events.
Samples - Free samples provided on request of interested parties (freight charges to be borne by the buyer) through UPS/TNT/DHL/Aramex

Freight Forwarders - We work with tried and tested Freight Forwarders, Logistics Providers & Custom House Agents to provide a seamless experience
Marine Insurance - Remain stress free as we offer 'Institute Cargo Clause A' which is considered to be one of the widest marine insurance coverage
Banking - Helios Solar deals with International Banks which translates to safe transactions under the trusted SWIFT banking system
Documentation - We lay extra emphasis on providing error free documentation thus eliminating last minute regulatory complications which may arise
Certifications - All quality standard met certifications will be provided and third party verification before stuffing will be facilitated on request

Discounted rates applicable when 100% advance payment through Telegraphic Transfer(TT) is made
30% Advance + 70% DP/CAD
30 % advance payment through TT + 70% payment DP/CAD (Documents against Payment / Cash Against Documents)

30 % advance payment through TT + 70% payment DA (Documents against Acceptance with limited Usance period allowed for)
